This time we’re changing it up a bit to celebrate our 18 years in business.
To mark this great occasion we’re giving back, to one of our amazing customers, whatever they put down as their down payment on their new home – up to $25,000.
We’ll be announcing the winner from our first giveaway in the next few weeks but we couldn’t wait to start another similar promotion.
As of August 1st, one of the next 18 home owners will be getting back whatever they put down as their down payment. Awesome, right?

Before final grade was completed, the rear yard was muddy in the spring, so we asked for a temporary wooden walkway to be installed.
