WoWin Back Your Down Payment Winnerw, it sure didn’t take us long to fill our 10 spots in our first ” Win Back Your Down Payment” contest and we couldn’t be more appreciative!  We’ve gotten to know some great new homeowners through our promotion and we looking forward to getting to know them even better over the next year.

Our new Thomsen Built homeowners had a 1 out of 10 chance to win back their down payment. It didn’t matter which great community they decided to live in, either Creekwood Chappelle in the south west of Edmonton or in Southfort Ridge in Fort Saskatchewan, they were all entered. As long as they were the first 10 of course.

And out of this handsome group, we could only pick one grand prize winner and that was… Miss Jojo! Congratulations Miss Jojo on winning back your down payment for your beautiful new Westcoast home. And again, a BIG THANK YOU to all our new homeowners!!

Well frankly, this promotion was so much fun for all of us that we’ve decided to do it one last time!
